Terms and Conditions for Purchasing e-vouchers from bitmedia for Microsoft e-Learning Contents

1.    Vouchers

1.1    Vouchers can be used to activate Microsoft e-Learning courses on the bit media learning center platform http://voucher.e-learning.cc/v/. Information about the latest available courses may be found at http://www.e-learning.cc. Vouchers are available for several different types of Microsoft e-Learning contents
- Vouchers for bundle offers.
- Vouchers for IT-Pro and Developer e-standalone courses and collections
- Vouchers for Information Worker e-standalone courses and collections
On the website all information about voucher types and related contents is provided.

1.2    Customers should redeem vouchers within 6 months of purchase. At the moment of redemption, the voucher will be linked to a course or a collection of courses or a bundle and the client can access the selected learning object. If the voucher is not redeemed within six months, the voucher will lapse without the customer obtaining any right of restitution in any form whatsoever.

1.3    After redeeming the voucher the course participant receives login credentials to access the learning object. The course participant can now access the learning object for 12 months. The login credentials and the e-Learning software license are person-specific and access must not be granted to other persons.

1.4    Vouchers, whether or not redeemed, can never be refunded or exchanged for other goods or services.

1.5    A voucher once redeemed cannot be used a second time. If the customer has redeemed the voucher for a specific course, this course cannot be replaced by another course, after the activation.

1.6    All indicated voucher prices are without VAT.


2.    Secrecy and Guarantees

2.1    bitmedia is bound to take efforts to ensure that services are provided to the customer in the optimum possible manner insofar as this is within bitmedia’s power.

2.2    Neither the customer nor third parties can hold bitmedia liable in any way, directly or indirectly, for the content or the use of the voucher or E-learning courses. For further information please read the bit media Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the Data Protection Guidelines of bit media. Both documents can be found in the download area of www.e-learning.cc.


3.    Applicable law and jurisdiction

3.1    All disputes arising from or relating to this agreement should be laid before the competent court in Graz.

3.2    This agreement shall be subject to the law of Austria.
